Participants building relationships within the community is a crucial component to help improve social skills and makes the community more diverse.
Our mentors are trusted advisors to offer and suggest knowledge. Mentors help to push independent decision making both general and specific.
A program "Job Coaching" helps push certain participants to get the real world experience while also being paid to do so. All participants in the program have the opportunity if eligible.
Transportation
Provide door to door transportation for our participants. We assist with getting on and off vehicles at all time. We provide a step stool to be sure to accommodate all participants.

Mentor to Mentee Time
A 20 minute one on one with their mentor to discuss daily progress, personal life situations, and enhance communication skills.
