
Optimal Health
Living is Vital for Everyone stretches and exercise daily. We take 45 minutes after lunch period to keep our blood pumping, allowing food to digest, and continue to have a steady heart rate. In optimal health we do many activities such as baseball, kickball, obstacle course, basketball, and more. The participants lead us in most activities and enjoy challenging each other. We bring along cold water in coolers to be sure we are staying hydrated and intaking as much water as we can especially in the hot summer of California.
Stretching
(Circuit Work outs/ Short Walks/ and or fast pace walks)
Team Games (Kickball, Baseball, Basketball, and Relay Racing)
Wrap Up & Clean Up
(Water is encouraged constantly through out time period. We do not go outside during unliked weather conditions. We always stay warm and stay cool when needed.)
